We are located at 1804 9th Avenue N, Regina, SK.

Our entrance is located at the back of the building. Please turn onto Kleisinger Crescent and drive behind the building. You'll find our black double doors with the Ritual Lagree logo on the entrance doors.

Parking is easy! We have plenty of free on-site parking available, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot before class.

Just bring grip socks and water—we'll take care of the rest!

Grip socks are required for every class to ensure safety, stability, and hygiene. If you forget yours, don't worry—we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.

We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you forget one, we have bottled water available for purchase, as well as a complimentary refill station.

If it's your first time at Ritual, please arrive 15 minutes before class. We'll introduce you to the Mini Pro, walk you through the machine and make sure you feel confident before we begin.

Because Lagree is unlike any other workout, this extra time is essential. If you arrive less than 10 minutes before your first class, we'll happily reschedule you for another session so you can receive the full introduction. This policy is in place to ensure every client has the safest and best possible experience.

Returning to Ritual? We recommend arriving 5 minutes before class to settle in before your workout begins.

To provide the best experience for everyone, clients must arrive before the scheduled class start time. Once class has begun, late entry is not permitted, as it disrupts the flow of class and may compromise your safety.

Classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Our 5:45 AM classes require 12 hours' notice due to their early start time. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for membership holders, while class pack holders will forfeit their session.

If you do not attend your reserved class without cancelling, it will be considered a no-show. All no-shows will be charged a $25 no-show fee and class session is forfeited.

Membership cancellations must be completed in studio or submitted in writing by emailing hello@rituallagree.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. You may also cancel your membership in person at the studio.

Please note that all memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment before they are eligible for cancellation.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packs, drop-in classes, retail purchases, or gift cards
