Begin your journey to becoming a certified Lagree instructor with our comprehensive Lagree Level 1 Certification. Designed for aspiring instructors, fitness professionals, and movement enthusiasts, this immersive three-day training provides the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to teach the Lagree Method safely and effectively.
Led by an official Lagree Master Trainer, you'll learn the fundamentals of the Lagree Method through classroom instruction, practical application, and coaching practice on the Mini Pro.

No — this training is designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to teaching or coming from a fitness background, you’ll be guided through everything you need to build confidence and step into your role as an instructor.

Yes — your Lagree Level 1 Certification is globally recognized, giving you the opportunity to teach anywhere in the world.

No — while completing your Level 1 Certification is required to teach at Ritual, it does not guarantee employment. All prospective instructors will be invited to participate in an instructor audition before joining our team.

Certification registrations are non-refundable. If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us. At our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your registration to a future certification, subject to availability.
