Designed for aspiring instructors, fitness professionals, and movement enthusiasts, this immersive three-day training provides the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to teach the Lagree Method safely and effectively.

Led by an official Lagree Master Trainer, you'll learn the fundamentals of the Lagree Method through classroom instruction, practical application, and coaching practice on the Mini Pro.
